Annual meeting and election of the directors (as applicable). The Annual Meeting shall be a time to report the activity of the sewer utility to the Freeholders. All Freeholders are invited to attend. In 2026, Directors Waterman and Dunn are up for re-election for Areas 2 and 5 respectively. A petition showing at least 5 Freeholder signatures within the respective Area are required for nomination. Director vacancies are governed by the Voting Rules and Procedures established by the Blue Lake Conservancy District. The Board of Directors has posted legal and public notice of the agenda in local newspapers, as required.
